At upendo foods and herbs, our mission is to address health with nutrition from the perspective of a bio-mineral balance process. This requires the understanding that no disease can survive in a well balanced environment. We assist and provide nutritional guidance and minerals in form of products to people in need of reversing issues associated with health or maintaining a homeostasis (balance) to avoid sickness.
